Our policies are designed to be transparent and customer-focused, with the aim of minimizing the need for returns or cancellations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or cancellation is necessary.
Returns Due to Damaged or Defective Products
All products are thoroughly checked before being shipped to ensure they are not damaged or defective. If, for any reason, a customer receives a defective or damaged product or if a wrong product is delivered, they must inform us by email or phone within 2 days of receiving the item.
We will make our best efforts to replace the product as soon as possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund or exchange, except in cases where the product was customized.
If a product replacement is required, the customer must return the item within 7 days, with the return packaging slip. The cost of courier and parcel charges must be borne by the customer.
Customized or stitched products, including readymade kurtis, gowns, or pre-stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at westernwenia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take around 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so within 2 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled within 2 hours, and if the customers has already paid for the product a refund will be credited within 2 to 3 working days.
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled or considered as cancelled.
